Piano students perform Tickling the Ivories series

The piano students of Dr. Lian Tan in the Department of Music at Miami University are presenting a recital series entitled "Tickling the Ivories" as part of a service project for the Miami University Institute for Learning in Retirement. The performances will feature works by classical composers including Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Schubert, Mendelssohn, Chopin, Liszt, Debussy, Copland, and Schumann.

There are four recitals in the series on Wednesdays, March 28, April 4, April 11, and April 18 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. located at the Oxford Community Arts Center.

This year marks the sixth year that the studio has performed the series with sponsorship by the Oxford Community Arts Center.
