On April 14, 2021 at the annual Miami Educational Psychology Colloquium, Dr. Rena Sorensen presented to over 100 attendees: "Severe Behavior: Collaborative Problem Solving to Support Students with Developmental Disabilities." This interactive remote presentation was co-hosted by Miami Department of Educational Psychology and the Regional Autism Advisory Council.

At this event two graduate students were celebrated for receiving the Douglas R Miller Scholarship (the 35th and 36th recipients of this award): Courtney DiOrio, MS and Todd French, MS.
