Dr. Allison Jones-Farmer, Van Andel Professor of Business Analytics & Director of the Center for Analytics and Data Science, was invited to speak as a panel discussant at the April 13 Columbus event. FSB alumna and Business Advisory Council member, Patty Morrison, CIO of Cardinal Health, was the keynote speaker for the event.
Maria Weese, Assistant Professor of Information Systems & Analytics and students Lauren Curtis and Allison Allen are also attending. The goal of the conference is to spread awareness about the thriving world of women in data analytics, understanding where women currently thrive within the industry, where they are underrepresented, and what the community can do to support an increase in diversity across the spectrum of analytics.
