Supply chain management program ranked among top undergraduate programs in nation

July 2018

A Farmer School of Business program has been ranked among the best in the nation.

Gartner, a global research and advisory firm, released its rankings of the top 25 supply chain management programs for 2018, and the Farmer School was ranked No. 22.

“The ranking shows we are a high quality program and we’ve grown immensely in the last few years,” professor and department chair Dr. Bryan Ashenbaum said.

Ashenbaum said rankings like Gartner’s are important as many students, parents, and recruiters make decisions based in part on them.

The FSB program was also noted for having a better-than-90 percent undergraduate participation in internships.

Making the top 25 list isn’t the supply chain management program’s only accomplishment. It’s previously been ranked No. 1 for research among public universities without PhD programs by SCM Journal List.
