10 students go to Columbus for summit

Several Farmer School of Business students took part in the Emerging Leadership Summit at Columbus State Community College over the weekend. The summit, sponsored by the Ohio Diversity Council, is designed to "promote dialogue amongst college students and young professionals on topics that relate to diversity, inclusion, and leadership."

The summit consisted of several sessions on topics such as alignment, visibility, collaboration, vulnerability, and roadblocks, plus a student roundtable and a networking fair.

"The students really enjoyed the summit, meeting other students from across the state and hearing from top business leaders," marketing instructor Carolyn Craig said.
