Joseph Kennedy

Teaching and Interests

Joseph is a Miami University graduate with a BS in Systems Analysis and an MBA from University College Dublin in International Business. He has created and enhanced information systems in numerous industries including defense, manufacturing, Internet search, retail, education, finance, and insurance. As an entrepreneur, he started his own firm in 2013 which would go on to provide IT services to more than 10,000 companies in over 100 countries.

Joseph started teaching IT classes as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College soon after obtaining his MBA and enjoyed the experience so much that he eventually started teaching full time. He has taught a variety of courses ranging from programming to networking and cybersecurity to business and ethics. Most recently, he has had the honor of teaching C++, Python, and Java for his Alma Mater in CSE 153, CSE 163, CSE 174 respectively.
