The Department of Justice and Community Studies is excited to host Captain Ben Spilman from the Miami University Police Department on Monday, March 18 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm in the Harry T. Wilks Conference Center on the Miami University Regionals Hamilton Campus. Capt. Spilman will discuss his work using spatial analysis (crime mapping) in residential burglaries, impaired driving crashes and arrests, and the value of incorporating research and analysis in understanding crime patterns to prevent crime.

A free lunch will be provided.
