Progress Report Early Alerts: How Am I Doing?
We're here to help every step of the way!
During Week 4, a core set of courses will participate in the Progress Report Early Alert initiative to help you answer the important question, “How am I doing?” early in the semester. These alerts are a supportive tool that allows your professor to identify areas where you might benefit from additional academic resources, ensuring that your Student Success team can assist you in overcoming any challenges.
If someone contacts you because a professor has issued an early alert on your behalf, please be aware that these alerts are not punitive and won’t affect your GPA. Instead, they’re designed to connect you with resources like tutoring, professional mentors, academic success coaching or advising, to help you stay on track and succeed. Please make sure to respond promptly to the email from the person who has reached out to offer assistance.
If you're excelling, you might receive a Kudos alert, recognizing your hard work and progress. If there’s an area of concern, you'll be notified by email, and your Student Success Team will reach out to offer assistance.
The Progress Report Early Alert initiative is here to support your success and keep you moving toward your goals.
