Tonia Hyllengren

Biography

Tonia Hyllengren is the Regional Assistant Dean for Academic Success. Hyllengren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the College of St. Scholastica and a Master of Science in Education - College Student Personnel from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.

Hyllengren works with the departments of Academic Advising, Tutoring and Learning, Career Services, Orientation, Student Activities, and the Center for Social Impact to provide students with services and programming to enhance their academic success.

When Hyllengren is not on campus, she spends time with her family and their English bulldogs. She enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Hyllengren began working at Miami Regionals in 1998 and is committed to providing students with educational opportunities that can enhance their lives and the communities that they live in.
