Armstrong to Open 24/7 During Finals Week

To provide additional support to students, the Armstrong Student Center will remain open 24 hours/day during the week of final exams. The special hours will begin December 6 at 6:30 a.m. and continue until close of business at 8:00 pm on Friday, December 13. Pulley Diner will also be open 24/7 during that time.

“Historically, the number of students present in the building overnight during exam week has been much higher than in a typical week,” said Katie Wilson, director of the Armstrong Student Center. “The Armstrong Student Center Board worked with our team to develop a staffing plan to keep the building open during this peak usage time.”

Additionally, the Fritz Pavilion will be held as a giant study room (half for quiet study, half for small group work) the entire week. No reservations are required. Armstrong has been dedicating the pavilion to study hours during fall and spring finals weeks since the building opened in 2014.
