The Team Building Program aims to help groups reach their goals through a variety of activities which focus on the groups’ goals and objectives. Facilitators are trained to safely lead groups through various programs, help them debrief the experience, and form connections between the experience and everyday life.

Our Group Initiative Program is focused on bringing your group together whether they are just getting to know each other or wanting to better learn strengths and weaknesses within. Each program is customized and led by our facilitators to fit your group's needs and can be accomplished in a location of your choosing.

Students completing the adventure race team building exercise

Competition can be the best way to break down barriers in groups and bring people together in a common goal. Adventure Race involves moving quickly through a series of challenges utilizing clues and a map to try and win the race. This can be a great introductory activity for active, large groups.

Group participating in a trust fall.

The low challenge course helps strengthen group dynamics through a series of challenges that begin to get participants off the ground, but not too far off. The course is located on Miami’s campus and can host groups up to 100 providing a solid experience not easily forgotten. Ideally accomplished in 2½–3 hours, large groups are broken into smaller groups of 10–12.

The High Challenge Course encourages participants to challenge their comfort zone by practicing risk-taking in a controlled environment. Our courses offer several different elements providing experiences up to 40 feet off the ground, focusing your group on encouragement and pushing their limits! Ideally accomplished in 3–4 hours with a max 60 participants.

The Escape Room places your group in survival mode where everyone needs to come together to make it out before the clock runs our. Groups are faced with thinking both logically and creatively to put the clues together to solve the puzzle. Designed for small groups of 6-10 where you can really see how each member of your group will handle a difficult situation. The clock is set for 60 minutes so allow for just over an hour.
