New majors, a new department, approved by Miami trustees
Miami University trustees at their May 17 meeting approved the establishment of two bachelor of arts degrees — one with a major in data analytics and one with a major in organizational leadership — both in the College of Arts and Science.

Charitable Words Supports Students

Charitable Words has been a valuable partner in education by sponsoring multiple scholarships each year for undergraduate students who work with older adults, especially at non-profits. This partnership has supported our students in gaining valuable experience and supported nonprofits doing important work.

Gerontology master's students reflect on their graduate practicum experience
