Department of Marketing
Welcome to the Marketing Department! We engage students by changing the way they learn. We leverage curiosity and creativity by allowing students to take more control of their own learning. This is accomplished through extensive case analyses, creativity requirements, project-based courses, competitions, marketing simulations, inverted classrooms, innovative information delivery systems and experiential learning.

Marketing Programs
Marketing is one of the most popular majors at the Farmer School. Our curriculum includes courses in branding, promotion, supply chain management, consumer behavior, marketing research, sales management and personal selling, imagination and creativity, problem-solving skills, creating customer value, global marketing, and interactive media studies.
Hands-On Learning
Every Farmer School student engages in hands-on learning through real-world projects, internships, consulting, and competitions, developing practical skills while working with actual business clients. These experiences begin in the First Year Integrated Core, where students apply their knowledge in team-based presentations to real businesses, gaining valuable collaborative and problem-solving experience.
