Supply Chain Management ranked among top 15 public undergraduate programs
Another top ranking for a Farmer School program has been announced.
Global research and advisory firm Gartner Group released its ranking of top supply chain management programs for 2020, and the Farmer School's program was ranked 15th among public universities and 18th overall, up from No. 22 in 2018.
The jump in ranking came as Gartner made changes to their ranking criteria, adding "formal global content as well as diversity and inclusion measures to the component score, augmenting existing curricula that includes industry reputation and applied experience scores."
“We are delighted to have made the Gartner Group List of Top SCM programs!” Department of Management chair Bryan Ashenbaum said. “Kudos to our SCM faculty, who truly exemplify the Miami teacher-scholar model, to the organizations who return year after year to recruit fresh SCM talent, and (of course) to our wonderful students!”
The Farmer School announced the creation of a Center for Supply Chain Excellence earlier this year.
