Seamless Transfer Agreements

Kentucky Community and Technical College System has established seamless transfer agreements with Miami University Regionals to make a smooth transition from an Associate of Arts degree at Gateway Community & Technical College. These pathways ensure that your credits transfer seamlessly, allowing you to pick up right where you left off in your academic journey.

Transfer Scholarships

Transfer students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 are automatically considered for merit scholarships.  First consideration for transfer scholarships will be given to CLAAS degree seeking students. Up to $1,000 per academic year may be renewable!

Guaranteed Admission

Upon graduation from a partner community college with an associates degree and a 2.00 cumulative GPA, you'll have guaranteed admission to Miami University Regionals. And since you attended KCTCS, your $35 application fee is waived.

In-State Tuition

Our reciprocity agreements provide northern Kentucky counties with in-state Ohio tuition prices for certain programs. Miami University Regionals extends reciprocity agreements at Ohio resident tuition rates to any resident of Bracken, Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, and Pendleton counties of Kentucky.
