Susan Cramer is an Associate Lecturer, primarily teaching Business Analytics principles. She earned an MS in mechanical engineering with a focus on Statistical Quality Control from the University of Cincinnati and a BSME from the University of Dayton. After working for GE Aviation in controls engineering, Susan began teaching Statistical Quality Control and other mathematics courses at the University of Cincinnati. She is a Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Green Belt, and certified IC Agile Professional.

Susan has taught many levels of statistics and analytics courses in FSB, and is currently the course coordinator for the Principles of Business Analytics core business course. She integrates the use of data and technology to promote the business student’s curiosity and understanding of the endless possibilities of using data to drive business decisions. Susan was honored with the FSB Richard K. Smucker Teaching Excellence Award for Outstanding Clinical Faculty Member in 2016.
