Biography

My Teaching Philosophy
I believe that as an educator, my primary responsibility is to inspire students learning initiatives and teach them how to learn. Current students are confronting a highly competitive knowledge-explosion world. Life-long learning is necessary and sometime even a must for them to survive and thrive. Unless students have the motivation to keep learning and the ability to study on their own, life-long learning is a mission impossible. Therefore, I recognize as an educator, my primary goal is to stimulate students learning interests and boost their autonomous learning ability. To achieve the goal, I think that creating a free learning atmosphere and implementing experiential learning are two important cornerstone that lay the basis for positive education outcomes.
