- Michelle is an experienced educator and career success coach with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. She comes to the Farmer School of Business from Miami University's Center for Career Exploration and Success as the Liaison to the College of Creative Arts and Interim Liaison to the Farmer School of Business. She has extensive experience as a collegiate educator teaching in the areas of Design, Visual Art, Communication, and Professional Practices.

Biography
Michelle is a strong education professional with a Master of Fine Arts at the University of Cincinnati, DAAP, and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Northern Kentucky University. Her research and creative practice have transpired in the development of therapeutic compression tools and Multi-Sensory Environments for individuals with and without sensory sensitivities as a means to calm one's reaction to mental and environmental stresses. She has been able to utilize her studies and research practices in helping individuals create attainable action steps toward a successful post-collegiate life.
