Do employer attendees have to be human resources personnel?

Representatives from your organization need to be prepared to speak about what diversity and inclusion means for your company. Representatives do not need to be from HR, however they need to be informed about the company, resources and opportunities, especially as it applies to diversity initiatives.

Representatives should showcase mentoring programs, pipeline initiatives and targeted internship opportunities aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion at your company.

Highlight philanthropic efforts your company engages with, especially those that highlight diversity and inclusion efforts.
