Hosting Document Process
It is a university requirement, based on federal tax requirements, that any event with food service paid for with a Miami University account number be documented with a hosting document.
For events planned with Conference and Event Services, we collect this information electronically for both the ease of our clients and the efficiency of this information moving into our billing system.
