Benefit Open Enrollment Continues

The countdown is on! Open Enrollment continues through 5:00 pm on October 31.

Open enrollment is the one time each year when you can make benefit plan changes. Elections for calendar year 2018 must be made via BannerWeb open enrollment before 5:00 pm on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. Once you submit your elections, you will receive a confirmation via email the next business day. Please review the confirmation carefully.

Please note that health savings account (HSA) contribution amounts and flexible spending account (FSA) elections DO NOT continue from 2017 to 2018. These elections must be submitted in open enrollment for 2018.

Get your questions answered early to ensure you have plenty of time to make your benefit decisions. The Benefits & Wellness staff will be available during the following times for open help sessions. These sessions are walk-in (no appointment necessary) and can be used for one-on-one help with open enrollment, as well as the Healthy Miami Premium Discount Program. Computers are available at these sessions.

  • Tuesday, 10/24, 9:30-11:30 am, Roudebush Hall room 5
  • Wednesday, 10/25, 10:00 am-noon, Hamilton Wilks Conference room 2
  • Wednesday, 10/25, 2-4 pm, Middletown Johnston Hall room 136
  • Friday, 10/27, 2-4 pm, Roudebush Hall room 5
  • Monday, 10/30, 1:30-3:30 pm, Roudebush Hall room 5
