Please let us know if you are COVID-19 vaccinated
It is important for Miami University to know whether faculty, staff and students have been vaccinated against COVID19 as we make health and safety plans for fall.
Faculty and staff, if you have your COVID19 vaccination — please provide your information on your vaccination status. We will not share an individual’s information with supervisors or others.
Students, if you are vaccinated, please use the MedProctor Portal to share your documentation with the university by August 2. Being fully vaccinated (with records on file) will exempt you from Miami’s arrival and surveillance testing programs, as well as requirements to quarantine if you are identified as a close contact with someone who has tested positive. Plan to submit prior to August 2 to make your move-in process easier this fall.
