Research Interests
Her research focuses on using Agile in higher education to enhance instruction and learning outcomes. She also conducts research on using Agile in non-technical spaces to enhance processes, teams, culture, and outcomes.
Biographical Sketch
Dr. Hulshult has a dual career in academia and industry. Her passion is applying the Agile way of working to help teams and organizations improve employee engagement, project delivery, and organizational efficiency. Dr. Hulshult was part of the team that created the Agile Manifesto for Teaching and Learning that is used by Agile professors around the globe as a guideline for Agile teaching. She also developed the first accredited Agile concentration at any higher education institution in the world. Dr. Hulshult has the following certifications: CSP-PO, CSP-SM, ICP., ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, ICP-APO, ICP-APM, and ICAgile Certified Instructor.
