Research Interests
Her research focuses on using Agile in higher education to enhance instruction and learning outcomes. She also conducts research on using Agile in non-technical spaces to enhance processes, teams, culture, and outcomes.
Biographical Sketch
Dr. Scott-Kelch has a dual career in academia and industry. Her passion is applying the Agile way of working to help teams and organizations improve employee engagement, project delivery, and organizational efficiency. Dr. Scott-Kelch was part of the team that created the Agile Manifesto for Teaching and Learning that is used by Agile professors around the globe as a guideline for Agile teaching. She also developed the first accredited Agile concentration at any higher education institution in the world. Dr. Scott-Kelch has the following certifications: CSP-PO, CSP-SM, ICP., ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, ICP-APO, ICP-APM, and ICAgile Certified Instructor.
