What I love about my majors: What I like most about strategic communication is how widely applicable it is. Effective communication skills are essentials for so many roles and industries.
A role I play outside the classroom: I am an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha, having contributed to both the philanthropy and new member education committees.
My favorite place on campus: My favorite place on campus is King Library, especially study rooms 106 and 107. The views of the academic quad inspire focus, and I love how productive I am in these quiet rooms. It’s the perfect environment for deep concentration and getting tasks accomplished.
My dream job: My dream career is in the sales industry. After graduating this May, I’ll be pursuing a sales development role where I can leverage my skills in relationship-building and communication. I’m excited to contribute to a business environment, forging meaningful connections and driving growth.
A little-known fact about me: An interesting fact about me is my passion for all things related to history. Whether it's historical fiction, non-fiction, movies, TV shows, or Miami courses, I enjoy exploring the events of the past and understanding how they have shaped the world we live in today.
I am excited about my role as a CAS Communications Student Associate. I look forward to covering campus events and activities, getting involved in social media content creation, and collaborating with others to bring fresh ideas. I am eager to develop my skills in communication, creativity, and digital media while engaging with the university community and showcasing its culture. I can’t wait to contribute to projects that make an impact and highlight diverse experiences on campus.
