Erin Heil

Erin Heil has been part of Miami University for several years, with positions in Housing Dining Recreation and Business Services (HDBRS) at Shriver Center and at the Culinary Support Center (CSC), Academic Personnel Services, and now at the Arts Center in Phillips Hall.

Erin’s favorite hobby is demonstrating her skills and talents as a specialty cake designer and decorator. She has created thousands of cakes from large weddings to small birthday parties and everything in between, satisfying many customers and families along the way. She enjoys being with her husband and two children, living just a few minutes from campus.
