Doris Yan

About

Doris Yan is a Learning Specialist Coordinator in the Rinella Learning Center. She graduated from Miami University in 2018 with a Master of Education in Educational Psychology. Prior to that, Doris earned her Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Applied Psychology from Soochow University, where her deep-seated passion for education and aiding others first took root. After teaching middle school and high school World Languages for five years, Doris joined the Rinella Learning Center in 2024. Her roles encompass teaching TCE 110 and offering academic counseling support to students. Doris enjoys doing Pilates, painting, and engaging with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
