Miami Regionals hosts walk to raise money for the American Heart Association

Miami University Regionals is hosting a walk to raise money for the American Heart Association on September 27 from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. on the Hamilton campus outside of the Harry T. Wilks Conference Center and on the Middletown campus outside of the main entrance of Johnston Hall.

This One Miami, One Heart event gives students, faculty and staff the opportunity to join together and walk a lap around the campus, not only to support a valuable cause, but also to walk for someone you know or love, or simply to do something good for the greater community. Check-in starts at 11:30 a.m. on both campuses. Stop by and have your name listed as a part of this unique campus event. For a love donation, you will be able to sign your name on a heart and have it displayed on campus for the week. In addition, we will also provide opportunities for individuals to sign up for the Miami Regionals team to walk in the Heart Walk scheduled on Saturday, September 30th at Atrium Medical Center. This event is also listed as one of the MUM Community Action Days. By volunteering your time to walk for the cause, whether around your campus or at Atrium, you will receive volunteer credit, which is an added incentive for getting involved.
