The Career Partner Program is composed of Miami employer organizations committed to building sustainable talent-acquisition pipelines and creating meaningful career development opportunities for Miami students. The Career Center provides a range of exclusive benefits to elevate brand awareness, assists in creating engaging programming, and helps grow recruitment pathways.

Additional Benefits
- Every Career Partner has access to a Partner Flexible Spending Account (PFSA) equal to 20% of your sponsorship fee.
- Platinum: $3,000
- Gold: $2,000
- Silver: $1,000
- Bronze: $500
- PFSA’s allow your organization to create unique events or programs to engage Miami students in ways that work best for your organization’s recruiting practices.
- Personal campus liaison to assist with strategy development, event planning, and building connections at Miami University.
- Access to exclusive parking areas next to the Career Center in Armstrong Student Center. Parking is coordinated by the Career Center based on availability.
- Priority invitations to career fairs, events, and programs.
Rules
- Funds must be used during current cohort. Account balances do not roll over into the next year should your organization continue as a Career Partner.
- Funds must be used on-campus and towards costs associated with career development. Funds cannot be used to register for Career Fairs.
