University Housing Accommodations

Miami University is pleased to offer overnight guest accommodations in University residence halls on Saturday, May 19. We have a limited number of rooms; reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to Miami student housing, accommodations are not available on Friday, May 18.

Check-in time begins at noon on Saturday, May 19, at Beechwoods Hall (231 Western College Drive, Oxford 45056). For guest convenience, check-in will extend throughout the night. Housing assignments will be made upon your arrival at the registration desk located in Beechwoods Hall's lobby. We advise against bringing luggage with you when checking in, as you may be assigned to another of the five different halls to be used for housing. You may need to drive to your assigned hall.

Check-out time is 1:30 p.m., Sunday, May 20. Return of guest room cards is required at the hall bell desk.

If any member of your party requires special accommodations, such as a first-floor room or a room near restroom facilities, please indicate this on the reservation form. Due to the limited number of such rooms, we may be unable to house your entire party in the same residence hall. We will, however, make every attempt to accommodate your entire party in the same residence hall.

Rooms include two twin-sized beds with linens, a light blanket, pillow, and towels. Restrooms are community style, with one large restroom per gender per floor. The cost per room is $66 plus tax with a 10% non-refundable service charge per reservation.

To qualify for a refund, cancellation requests must be received by May 10, 2018. After this date, advance payments will not be refunded.
