Education Policy Pitch Night

EHS doctoral student Malinda McReynolds will pitch on "How district leaders can effectively implement restorative practices with social-emotional programming to create a culturally competent school environment.

Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) will host this event to hear parents/caregivers, school staff members, and community members share their ideas for how to improve education across the state. Then, the audience will vote on which idea should be championed in the district or at the statehouse!

There will be at least one winner chosen by the audience's vote, and at least one chosen by a panel of CPS leaders and Ohio state representatives. Winning pitchers will work with school board members and district administrators or state elected officials to turn their ideas into reality.
