Five SLAM students participated in the 2024 National Collegiate Sport Sales Competition Championship Round on February 26-27 in Atlanta. Senior Ben Bracken achieved a top-8 finish in the corporate partnership competition, marking the best result we have ever achieved in this competition. Bennett Kaufman advanced to the top 32 in the ticket sales competition, while Jake Norz, Jonah Karschnik, and Roger Dafoe delivered outstanding performances in ticket sales, corporate partnerships, and speed-selling competitions, respectively.

More than 250 students from more than 55 universities participated in this year's competition. The event is organized by the NBA Atlanta Hawks and Baylor University. More than 30 professional sport organizations took part in this year's competition to recruit talented sales professionals.
