Drop-ins with Peer Career Coaches
NOTE: Drop-ins will not be available on University holidays, student breaks or Career Fair days.
Meet with a trained Peer Career Coach to have your cover letter, resume or LinkedIn profile reviewed. Drop-in meetings are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Career Center in 45 Armstrong Student Center.
- Monday – Thursday from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Friday from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Have your questions prepared so the Peer Career Coach can provide guidance in developing your resume, cover letter or LinkedIn.
- If you would like to meet with a Peer Career Coach virtually please sign up in Handshake for an appointment.
- Choose appointment type (Review Resume/Cover Letter/LinkedIn)
- Choose the option ("15 Minute Resume, Cover Letter, and/or LinkedIn/Handshake Profile Review- Virtual")
- Choose day and time

This presentation provides an expanded overview of résumés. The facilitator covers the function of résumés, brainstorming content, visual style, structuring bullets, useful tips, digital career development platforms, and other career services.

Are You LinkedIn or Left Out?
This presentation provides an expanded overview of LinkedIn and Handshake. The facilitator covers the function of LinkedIn and Handshake, visual style of photos, types of profile content, networking basics, useful tips, and other career services. We encourage creating/revising your profiles during this presentation.
