Miami University was named in four categories for the U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs rankings, including three appearances by Miami Regionals.
Miami University is named in four categories in the 2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs rankings.

Miami Regionals appears on three lists – Best Online Bachelor’s Programs, Best Online Bachelor’s Programs for Veterans, and Best Online Bachelor’s in Business Programs. Miami is also ranked among the schools for Best Online Master’s in MBA Programs.

Miami Regionals is among the top four public institutions in Ohio in Best Online Bachelor’s Programs for Veterans, as well as among the top five public schools in the state for both Best Online Bachelor’s Programs and Best Online Bachelor’s in Business Programs.

U.S. News & World Report took into account factors such as student engagement, faculty credentials, and services and technologies when determining this year’s rankings.

This is the 14th year for the Best Online Programs rankings, which is intended for individuals looking to complete or further their education. The 2026 rankings evaluated more than 1,800 online bachelor’s and master’s programs using metrics specific to online learning.
Established in 1809, Miami University is located in Oxford, Ohio, with regional campuses in Hamilton and Middletown, a learning center in West Chester, and a European study center in Luxembourg.
