Molly Noble
As a Research Associate at Scripps, Molly currently spends most of her time working with Dr. Katy Abbott and nursing home providers to implement the Individualized Positive Psychosocial Interaction (IPPI) Pilot program. Prior to joining the research team at Scripps, Molly worked in a variety of residential and community-based long-term care settings. Her earliest interest in gerontology was sparked by watching her grandmother live with Alzheimer's Disease, and while getting her Master's at Miami, she spent 10 weeks living around the clock in nursing homes, as a resident, to gain a more empathetic understanding of what life as a nursing home resident could be like.
