Alyssa Ciango (she/her) graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2017 with a degree in Psychology. While at Kentucky she worked in student philanthropy and participated in DanceBlue, a 24 hour dance marathon raising funds for kids with pediatric cancer. During her freshman year, she became a member of Delta Gamma and served as her chapter's director of scholarship and president. After graduation, Alyssa became a Collegiate Development Consultant (CDC) for Delta Gamma's Headquarters. During her time as a CDC, Alyssa traveled across the country visiting chapters and helped establish two Delta Gamma chapters at Iowa State University and Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo. She even visiting Miami during recruitment in 2018! After her time as a consultant, Alyssa attended The Ohio State University to earn her masters degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs. At Ohio State she worked in the Fraternity and Sorority Life office and the Office of Leadership and Community Engagement. Once she graduated with her masters in 2021, Alyssa came to Miami as the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life and now serves as an Associate Director. She primary advises the Panhellenic Association and feels passionately about helping the entire fraternity and sorority community grow! She currently serves Delta Gamma Fraternity as a Chapter Finance Advisor for Ohio State and New Chapter Coordinator for Clemson. In her free time, Alyssa likes to take Peloton classes, watch all the reality tv she can, and visit family in Chicago.
