About Work+
Referred to as a win-win for all parties, the Work+ program makes college financially feasible for students while providing a stable labor force for participating employers. Students in the program are also supported throughout their college career by having a dedicated Miami University Advisor to assist with student and career development.

History of Work+
The Work+ program developed in 2019 at Miami University Regionals was initiated by State Senator Bill Coley, to give students the opportunity to earn a college degree for little to no out-of-pocket expense.
