HPC resources at the Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) are available to all faculty members or research scientists who maintain a full-time position at Miami University. You can apply for an account by submitting the required information. Start-up grants are awarded in the amount of 5,000 Resource Units (RUs) which about amounts to 50,000 CPU hours.

Available software at OSC very often is restricted to users affiliated with the Ohio State University and not available to outside users.

The Research Computing staff can help you getting started at OSC and can also help you run compute jobs as they maintain active accounts there.
