The Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR) is a vibrant and intellectually stimulating educational program designed for lifelong learners. Established with a commitment to providing engaging educational experiences for retirees, ILR offers a diverse range of courses, lectures, and special events that cater to the unique interests and passions of its members.
Fall 2024 Kickoff Party Registration NOW OPEN
Join us Friday, October 4, at the Oscar Event Center at Jungle Jim's for the Fall Kick Off Party. This festive luncheon will be held from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. Enjoy a social hour with a cash bar and a catered lunch buffet, followed by entertainment from Hamilton’s Prestige Enharmonix Show Choir.

The Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR)
The Institute for Learning in Retirement (ILR) at Miami University provides opportunities to explore, develop, and share knowledge and skills in a wide variety of topics. Courses taught by volunteer instructors, complemented by a variety of special events, enable participants to broaden their horizons and engage with other lifelong learners.
