(18 semester hours)
Students will explore leadership as it is practiced in communities, organizations, and public institutions. Explorations of leadership as a critical activity for contemporary public life in a democratic society. Students will select courses reflective of a range of the 7 essential leadership competencies and their own interests and goals - Students must span at least 5 of the competencies.
A minimum 3.0 g.p.a. is required for all courses in this minor. Courses must be taken for a grade (not credit/no-credit). Students planning to take this minor should consult with the chief departmental adviser.
