Paper Engineering

(19 semester hours)

This minor introduces the science and engineering of papermaking. The educational experience will prepare the student for a career as a project/process engineer in the paper and allied industries.

A minimum 2.0 g.p.a. is required for all courses in this minor. Twenty semester hours beyond the prerequisite chemistry, physics, and mathematics are required, and courses must be taken for a grade (not credit/no-credit). Students planning to take this minor should consult with the chief departmental adviser.
