Open Position | Associate Director of Gift Agreements and Acknowledgements 

This position is responsible for writing gift agreements that document major gift commitments
to Miami University and presidential communications that enhance the relationship between
the university and its generous donors. The position collaborates with members of the Office of
Stewardship and Donor Relations as well as the Office of Development to draft, review, and
proofread gift agreements, gift acknowledgments, and other correspondence. This position
manages efficient and timely processes to ensure that gift commitments are documented in an
accurate and timely manner and donors are thanked in a consistent and meaningful way. The
position is an integral member of the Donor Relations team and reports to the Senior Director
of Donor Relations.

Open Position | Research Analyst

The Research Analyst is a member of the Office of Development within the Division of University Advancement, reporting directly to the Director of Prospect Development. The Prospect Development unit assists Miami University’s fundraising efforts by leading prospect research efforts, establishing and enforcing prospect management practices, overseeing performance management, and using analytics to help the University achieve its top priorities. The scope of prospect development tasks and duties is determined by the Assistant Vice President of Campaign Services and the Senior Associate Vice President of Development.

The Associate Director, Campaign Events, is responsible for strategy, planning and production for a portfolio of targeted campaign events that focus on donor cultivation and fundraising solicitation for specific high-value donor segments locally, regionally and nationally. The Associate Director, Campaign Events, works independently with divisional staff and external vendors, providing comprehensive planning and coordination of logistics for campaign-specific donor events, including virtual events. In addition, this position works collaboratively with the Associate Director, Event Management on the marketing communications team to support planning and execution of high-profile, signature campaign events. This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Development and Campaign Director.
