Implementation of the 2018 Ohio Nursing Home and Residential Care Facility Family Satisfaction Surveys

In 2018, the Scripps Gerontology Center conducted the ninth biennial Ohio Nursing Home and the second Ohio Residential Care Facility Family Satisfaction Surveys under a contract to the Ohio Department of Aging. This report provides information about survey implementation, psychometric properties of the two survey tools, and overall statewide facility results. Copies of the tools and survey materials are included.
