Pickup Window: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Post Office: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Mail and Package Forwarding Information

Mail Forwarding

During winter break, winter term, and summer break, letter mail will be forwarded to home addresses. If you want your mail to be forwarded to an address that is different from your permanent home address, please submit the Address Change Request form.

If you stay on campus during winter break or term and want to continue to receive mail on campus, contact the Mail and Package Center to request to hold your mail. Mail will be picked up at the smart lockers at the Mail and Package Center.


Package Forwarding

Students must stop by the Mail and Package Center before leaving campus to pick up any remaining packages being held. Any items that have not been picked up by the first day of summer term will be returned to sender (RTS).

During summer term, packages received from the U.S. Postal Service will be forwarded to student’s permanent home address, along with all other U.S. mail. All other shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL charge additional fees for forwarding packages. Packages delivered by these carriers will be refused. Contact the carriers directly to make arrangements for forwarding.
