On behalf of Miami’s office of university communications and marketing (UCM), thank you to all of the students, faculty and staff who took the time to provide feedback during the BrandBox session in Armstrong Student Center last month.

In total, close to 900 members of our campus community participated in some aspect, whether it was leaving a one-word Post-it note, filling out the prompts or sharing their experience on social media.

UCM’s goal was to engage with our community in a fun, meaningful and memorable way while gathering open and honest thoughts about the Miami brand. In the end, UCM gained valuable insights from those who know Miami best.

The BrandBox would not have been possible without the time and talents of the Miami physical facilities department staff who turned the BrandBox concept into a reality.

A special thanks to the staff and student employees who helped coordinate the launch and to Armstrong Student Center for providing a great location.

UCM looks forward to using this new information to further strengthen the university’s overall marketing goals.
