Hunt is currently the vice chancellor for strategic communications and chief communications and marketing officer at Winston-Salem State University.

Transformation has been a hallmark of Hunt’s career. We are at an important inflection point in higher education; it has never been more critical to have a strong brand that resonates with our stakeholders and conveys the value of the university. I am eager to collaborate with the exceptional students, faculty and staff at Miami to share the university’s unique story and further enhance its brand and reputation.”

In her current position, Hunt led the in-house development and rollout of brand messaging and an updated visual identity for Winston-Salem State University, a historically black constituent institution of the University of North Carolina.
