Restoration ecology is the topic of Roger Wilson Lecture in Botany
Katharine Suding, professor of ecology and evolutionary biology at the University of Colorado, Boulder, will present “The Brave New World of Ecological Restoration: Hubris, Humility and the Changing Face of Nature” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, in 112 Pearson Hall.

Stacy McGaugh, director of the Warner and Swasey Observatory at Case Western Reserve University, will present "Gravity and Cosmology a Century after Einstein" at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 7, in 152 Shideler Hall. His talk is the George C. Benson Memorial Lecture in Physics.

Miami’s Pi Sigma Epsilon chapter won gold and broke the national record
Miami University’s chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE), a professional marketing and sales fraternity, set a national record and received the Lewis F. Gordon Top Gold Chapter Award for the third year in a row at the 2016 National Convention.
