Miami’s Diversity Affairs Council presents Diversity Week 2018 that includes a number of events.

Keynote lecture with alumnus Damon Williams

Global thought leader and distinguished keynote speaker Damon Williams (Miami ’94, M.S. ’96) will speak during Diversity Week. He will present, “The Inclusion Excellence Tour” from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, at Taylor Auditorium in Farmer School of Business.

Williams’ presentation will explore leadership in ways that inspire transformation and new possibilities by engaging the audience in a unique TED Talk-like conversation about the most cutting-edge ideas regarding diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) leadership today.

He also will speak from 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, in 114 Rentschler Hall on the Hamilton campus.
He is one of the nation’s recognized experts in strategic diversity leadership, youth development, corporate responsibility, educational achievement, social impact and organizational change.

The lecture is free and open to the public. Registration is not required, but if you know you are attending, please register online. A book signing and reception will immediately follow the presentation.
