Qualtrics survey tool gets a refresh

Qualtrics, Miami’s supported survey tool, is upgrading its web-service with a new user interface and adding additional functionality.  

The exact date and time for when the new Qualtrics will be available to Miami has not yet been announced, but it is planned for Sept. 10-15.

Representatives from Qualtrics say the new interface is “fresh, intuitive and even easier to navigate.”  They built a new projects framework, better distributions and an improved way to view responses and results.  

Since we will be transitioning to the new interface in the next few days, Qualtrics provided us with some resources and training materials. For a guided tour of the new Qualtrics visit: http://support.qualtrics.com/explore-the-new-qualtrics.

Qualtrics also is hosting webinars to help you navigate the new interface. Live webinars allow you to interact with a Qualtrics specialist in real time, while recorded webinars allow you to watch at your own convenience.

IT services technicians are also working to increase the number of surveys that can be sent at a given time through the Qualtrics system.  A communication outlining the details will be sent out when that work is complete.
