Favorite Miami Moment

My favorite Miami moment was traveling to Europe with the Collegiate Chorale! We visited many countries and sang in Notre Dame Cathedral between Masses there! It was an honor and a privilege — and I remember it in detail to this day. Also, as a member of another ensemble, the Choraliers, I was afforded the opportunity to be the Assistant Conductor in conjunction with my major in music education. When we traveled to various cities in the U.S., I led the group by conducting and was also able to play the piano as accompanist in addition to the regular role of singing. The director recognized something in me, and fostered it to become more...and to GROW! Miami is a place for expansive opportunities...and memories that last a lifetime!
