Eugenia Blanco-Mazur
Originally from Mexico, Dr. Blanco-Mazur received a degree as a Medical Doctor at the ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico and practiced as a physician, before starting a career in Literature, Theater and Cinema in Spanish in the United States, where she completed a Masters Degree and her Doctoral Studies. In addition to academia, she is a member of the theater company Catarsis and has a deep interest in urban gardens, wild-animal rights, and the practice of calligraphy.
